    Absolutely fantastic, the craftmanship and customer service was second to none. I purchased a custom hand engraved  reverse seal signet ring including my family crest in platinum to be used as a wedding band. There are very few people who possess the skill or ability to work with platinum like this and Gary is one of them and does it excellently. If you are considering Hallmark International I would 100% recommend you go ahead with them. The turn around time, communication and quality of the product was all outstanding. The pricing was also very competitive. We had a minor issues with PayPal and Gary was able to get back to me on the phone and by email putting me completely at ease. I would also like to say the engraving craftmanship is outstanding and Gary was able to get the fine latin wording included alongside the crest. For reference I am based in the UK and the delivery was excellent, the packaging was excellent and the ring came with a wax seal as well. I will likely be a returning customer to get a similar item for my wife and possibly look at what else Gary can create in gold. Big thankyou to the Hallmark International team and Gary particularly.
